Baking Soda!

Rinse your hair with baking soda once a week to remove build up!

there are probably so many ways you can do this but I will tell you about 

the 3 ways that I know of..

1.  Add 2 Tbsp of baking soda to 3 cups of water. After shampooing, rinse with the baking soda water and then condition as you normally do.

2.  if you have a way to keep your baking soda dry as you shower, put your shampoo in your hand (as usual) and then sprinkle a decent amount of baking soda on top of that. Then just wash your hair.

3. Last but not least, my favourite way.. Simply just bathe in it. Just fill up your bath tub like you usually would then add a cup of baking soda. My advice to you would be to put the baking powder in while the water is running so the baking soda has time to dissolve.

just some little facts, if you have a sunburn bathing in baking soda will help reduce the pain.

Adding baking soda to your bath at any time also helps wash acid wastes out of the body.

Other great things it does for you when you add it in you bath is.. Soothes other skin irritations and alleviate itching from prickly heat, bee stings, insect bites, and other minor skin ailments.

The baking soda will REALLY help clarify your hair and leave it shiny and silky – kinda like it’s brand new.

EGGS!

You know those really intriguing shampoos with the fancy packaging, that supposedly is supposed to have proteins to strengthen your hair? Well eggs are a natural remedy that will not only do wonders for your hair BUT will save you all that money on expensive high end brands that will probably not work as well..

egg yolks are nice and packed with vitamins A, D, and E – all great for shiny, healthy hair. To top it off, the fatty acids in eggs moisturize and condition like nothing else.

Ways to do this:

1.       Much like the baking soda, the quickest & easiest way is to add a beaten egg to your regular shampoo. First just beat.. or whip whatever you shall want to call it, then pour some shampoo in the bowl.. wash your hair as your normally would. Ta Da all done!

2.       Second way is to beat an egg, or 2.. Depending on the thickness of your hair then, rub it into your dry hair. My tip would be to cover your hair with a shower cap or even just a plastic bag whatever you have handy to prevent the egg from making a mess. Leave it on for aprox. 15 minutes before washing it out

CAUTION: Do keep in mind that you are putting EGG in your hair and egg can cook very easily so when you are in the shower keep the heat of the water down a bit.. not cold just warm enough so that you don’t make scrambled eggs in your hair. Just sayinn.



Apple Cider Vinegar

It may smell a little funky at first, but the vinegar scent dissipates as the hair dries, and leaves behind a VERY pH balanced scalp, which equals a really healthy head of hair.

How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar on Your Hair

1. Add 1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar to 2 cups of water. Shake well.

After using conditioner, just before hopping out of the shower, rinse your hair with the ACV mixture. You can either do one last rinse with water, or leave it in. As I said, the scent will disappear completely as it dries.

2.Take your vinegar rinse up a notch by boiling chamomile (for blonde hair), rosemary (for dark hair) or nettle (any hair color) in the water before adding the apple cider vinegar. (Just be sure to strain the herbs out before adding ACV.)

I suggest doing research on ACV, it does so many wonders! LOVES IT!

Olive Oil!

Ok so im pretty sure you knew this was going to be here. Olive oil is notorious for being great with hair!! It makes your hair softer and beautifully shiny. & Olive oil is obvs good for your body to! gotta love this baby.

How to Use Olive Oil on Your Hair:

1. To moisturize and strengthen:Put 1/2 cup of Olive Oil in the microwave for 15 seconds.. or on the stove but low heat for a couple mins, not till its super hot just warm!! & be VERY carful you can get the worst burns from hot oil! Now that you have your warm oil add it to DAMP hair. Then just like the egg mixture your going to want to protect your hair with a bag or shower cap so you dont make a trail of mess everywhere. Wait for 30-60 mins then shampoo as you usually would.

2. To smooth & shine: You can use this like a silk serum! apply a small amount to your hands and work it into your hair from the ends up.. for those who have more oily hair I dont suggest putting it all the way up to the roots of your hair.

Search other ways to do OO treatments to your hair because I know there are millions!

There are so many reasons why I adore this palette, the

first being the B-E-A youu tee full colors that come in the

palette! Do you guys not agree? There is a reason this palette

is raved about so much, its just amazing! Anyone from beginner

to pro would love this palette! and the eyeshadow itself applies

so nicely to the skin, almost feels like a cream shadow.. like most

of Urban Decay eyeshadows.. and I LOVED that it came with

a primer and a brush to! My favourite color would have to be..

either Naked or Half Baked! Cant wait to try out palette #2!!

Prime Time Foundation Primer!!

The one I have is obviously the mini sampler version but it has lasted me for

soooo long & this is because you only need the teeniest little bit!! I defiantly need 

to invest in the normal size bottle. This primer is a silicon based primer so for those

of you (like me) prefer a silicon based primer, go check this one out! 

My ABSOLUTE favourite chap stick ever!! This is a must try product.

no matter how dry my lips are, this baby always helps nourish them.

it feels so silky on my lips and its just the best feeling ever! When I have

dry or chapped lips I put this on before bed and its like they renewed my

lips! Ive tried sooooo many different chap sticks but this is by far my

favourite one. And the Awesome thing about this chap stick is that they

have different ones like honey and cherry, and the the colored ones they

have are defiantly build able and you can create a dramatic look with it

but I personally prefer my original one because if I wanted color on my

lips I would just put lipstick on top. =)

Voluminous ORIGINAL is my favourite one out of all the 

mascaras from the "Voluminous" line. Although I do like pretty much

all of them.. I always go back to this one though.. It gives my lashes

GREAT volume and great length.. and ive never met anyone that

didnt LOVE this mascara.. I could go on and rave more about this product 

but it is what it is and.... NUMBER ONE IN MY BOOKS. That is all, kthxbye.

Annabelle Lip Liner in Spice

These lip liners are awesomee!! not much to say about it except it applies

really smooth and is super pigmented.. I have a bunch of different colors

but this one is the one I use the most.. want swatches of more? then Request 

a video.. =)

Haul

This was my mini haul, a more detailed review

will be up shortly.

For this look I used products from the haul,

for the eyes I used Urban Decay Naked palette

first I used the primer potion all over my lid

then i used the color "naked" all over as a base

color, then i applied mac's paint pot in 

"indianwood" on my lid, just to help bring out

the colors im going to use on my eyes.

 Then i took the color"half baked" and applied

it over top of "indian wood" and blended it 

upwards, a bit over my crease.

Then I used a deeper color in "darkhorse" just

above my crease (because I have hooded eyelids)

Then I took the base color again "naked" and 

used that to blend out the colors, then i used

"sin" as the highlighting color on my brown bone

For my lips I used the Tarte Lipsurgence in "Flashy"

A Favourite Product!

"An aqua-spritz of vitamin and minerals, infused with a calm-the-skin blend of green tea, chamomile, cucumber, topped off with the fresh, natural, energizing scent of Sugi. Adds radiance, finishes makeup. Spray it on. Skin drinks it up!"

Fix+ can be used for so many different things! I love this product so much! its

great for beginners and pros! The main thing I use Fix+ for is to set my face makeup

after i've applied my mac skinfinish, it makes it look dewy and fresh, more natural

in other words. When you just put on a powder it can look .. well powdery, when

you apply fix+ it sets everything and smells great! They also have different scents

like lavender and rose, I personally prefer the original one. Another great use

for fix+ is to use it with your eyeshadows and especially your pigments! What

you do is get any eye brush, put the product on your brush and spray the fix plus 

on your brush. This will help the eyeshadow/pigments stick better to your eye and, 

will also help with less fall out it will also help make it more pigmented when you 

apply it to your eyes. Ive even heard of people using it in their hair! This is 

defiantly a product I cannot live without and recommend it to everyone!

SCAM ALERT!

First off I would like to say that I shop online ALL the time! and I usually do

lots of research on a website before purchasing anything. In this case all I did 

was look on youtube for haul videos, what I should've done was search peoples

reviews on the site.. anyways, my experience with Ami clubwear was horrible! 

First of all I placed my order on Oct.4th so that my order would be here 

forsure by november because I ordered something as a gift for my sisters 

birthday. After the first week of november passed I was confused and angry

that my package didnt arrive(they don't even give a tracking number) 

Secondly, I could not contact anyone with the number they provided on their

website so I subscribed to the website and an email was sent to me with

a different number, so I called that number but it wasn't a toll free number

so im pretty sure I got charged for long distance calls. Soooo when I called 

them I asked them what was happening with my package because a month 

has already passed, they said my package was not even sent because some

of the items I purchased were sold out!!!!! By then I was furious! I tried to

remain calm and asked them why I was not notified, and they didnt have

anything to say they were like ummm what I can do is refund your money

and it should be in your account in 3-4 business days...GREAT! all that

waiting for NOTHING! A week later STILL nothing! So I called back and

complained again and said my money was not refunded, and the lady

I was speaking to said that a notification was just sent out yesterday..

and it would take 2 business days. ANOTHER week went by and STILL

NOTHING! so I called back and they said that their was no note 

written on my account saying the money was supposed to be refunded!

I was so choked! I explained everything that happened and complained

about their service and she said that the money will be refunded in

2-3 business days.. again! but this time they gave me a tracking

number. So in the end I got a refund but it took a Month of waiting for

a package that was never going to come, had to reach them to figure it out

and it took a month to finally get the money refunded back to me!

So hectic and NEVER ordering from there site again!! Ive heard of many

people that didnt even get their money back but I just kept

hassling them.. I would not recommend this site, there shoes may look

really cute and cheap but there are many RELIABLE sites out there!
